Hampton Inn By Hilton Milford

This hotel was a good match for a little getaway in Milford with good value for money. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Be sure to ask for extra bath towels upon arrival if needed.

We had really nice stay.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, but everything was great. Hotel's breakfast was enjoyable with fresh fruit, juices and scrambled eggs and could satisfy any taste. Remote location was a plus. The airport was 25 km away😀

Staff at the front desk was very freindly. Breakfast looked very good for a free amenity. However, the comforter and and duvet on the bed in room 250 looked old and uninviting.

Convenient location right off the freeway, but very quiet. Very nice and clean hotel, with pleasant stuff, offers good value for the money. Big parking, free of charge.

Location-access to Rt 95

Shower/tub drain was completely plugged. I informed desk when I checked out.

I booked a king room via Booked.net and when we got there we were told the hotel was booked out and the only room available was a double. The staff did not offer to compensate or contact Booked.net. Very disappointing.

To close to the highway I could hear cars all night? The shower had no water pressure and leaked and the mattress was not comfortable

The location made it easy to commute.

My room smelled like someone smoked a cigar in it.

The clean room was enjoyable, but the hallway noise was distracting during the night.

The #1 asset at this hotel was the staff, particularly Denise at the front desk and Ihor in maintenance. I had a special need and it was taken care of within minutes (very few minutes!) The rooms are older, but still very comfortable. Actually, the height of the beds was better here than in the renovated or newer properties. Some of us are shorter! All the extra outlets in the room were appreciated as were the USB outlets. The folks tending the breakfast buffet were very efficient and helpful. The area was kept well supplied and immaculate. The electric car charging stations were a big surprise!

Housekeeping is OK+ but not outstanding.

There were a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing table in the room, liked that. All the staff were extremely helpful giving some tips about the city. Location: the hotel was close to stores, a local restaurant for dinner, and Bridgeport and New Haven.

A Good Family Stay with Great Amenities!

Our family enjoyed a restful night in the spacious King Room. The comfortable bed and excellent shower pressure were highlights. We appreciated the ease of accessibility around the hotel. Don't miss out on the nearby dining options. They elevated our experience. Highly recommend for family travelers!

Everything in our room worked. Staff was both friendly and helpful. I left my pajamas in room. They had them for me when I checked back five days later.

Both room and bathroom were small. Both TV and treadmill in fitness room did not work.
